KES [Exclusions] – How to set exclusions for folder, file or application

An Exclusion rule is a set of conditions based on which Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows does not scan an object for viruses.

If you would like to set exclusion at first on the client and after that upload into KSC, so you need unlock locker in the policy of KES.

Set exclusion manually in KES settings on client machines.

Ověříme, že nastavení výjimek je nastaveno správně.

As soon as exclusions are configure on client machine > export exclusions from client machines > import into KES policy in Kaspersky Security Center.

Import exclusions into policy of KES in Kaspersky Security Center.

Choose “No“. It means that only new exclusions created on client machines will be added.

Don’t forget lock again locker as like final step in this article.

Check if exclusions are apply and working well.
